Cornwall Physio- Physiotherapy news

Here at Cornwall Physio we’ve had an incredibly busy 2017 so far! I thought I had better post a little update. We’ve been continuing to provide quality Physiotherapy, Sports massage and run coaching sessions to clients from across Cornwall and Devon but as many of you have found out, clinic lists have been extremely full. To cope with the increased demand and allow the diary to run as smoothly as possible, we’ve added an online booking system. This means that Physiotherapy appointments can be booked at any time of the day or night, without needing to phone or email us! Thank you to everyone who has continued to show their support whilst things have been so busy. We have a new Physiotherapist starting shortly and this together with our increased timetable should mean that everyone continues to receive quality treatment with minimal wait times.

Gone are the days when clients only came to see us at our St Austell clinic, from St Austell, Truro, Newquay and Bodmin- It seems that the word has spread and we now regularly see clients from Devon, as well as the West of Cornwall including Hayle, Falmouth and Penzance! In particular our Running injury and gait analysis expertise, provided at our St Austell clinic, has been bringing in clients from further afield. I was recently invited to the Isles of Scilly to provide running technique and injury clinics. It was a jam-packed three days in the Scillies, providing injury and technique assessments and workshops. I am also delivering these bespoke workshops across Cornwall and Devon, so if you’re part of a Running Club/Group and would like to host either a Beginners technique workshop or a (more advanced) Pose Running workshop, then please get in touch with me (Lou Nicholettos) at info@cornwallphysio.co.uk or call me on 07824 700934.

We’ve also added a new blog site ‘The Run Fix‘  to provide free advice, hints and tips on running related topics. The Run Fix will act as a vibrant information source . You can follow along for daily exercise videos and running tips either on Instagram or Facebook.

There’ll be some incredibly exciting news for Cornwall Physio announced in just a few weeks- make sure you hear first by following the Cornwall Physio Facebook page.
