Recently completed a package with Anush culminating in a Run Lab session with Lou. As a complete beginner I can't recommend the team at Cornwall Physio enough. The treatment, equipment and advice given was amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommended even if you think you may not need it. All the best.

Have spent time on the treatment tables with Lou, Anush, Sophie and Rob, all have been 1st class, listened and tried to understand me and have taken the time to explain why they carry out the treatment to help me understand how I can additionally help myself. I’m still work in progress but happy to have the help from the highly professional team at Cornwall Physio

Saw Anush for the first time today and he couldn't be any more helpful. Really friendly, polite staff with a very thorough service. Doesn't end when you walk out the door as I was given exercises to help my own specific needs at home and for my work. Receptionist also very helpful and friendly. Top marks.

A positive experience from start to finish, I highly recommend this practice. I am now free from nerve pain due to a neck injury. I saw Rob initially, then Sophie, both of whom were professional, friendly, reassuring , in my opinion I could not have received better treatment.

I presented with a lot of pain from gluteal spasm & nerve pain & was allocated Sophie as my physio. Ever positive & cheerful Sophie assessed me & treated me with vigour! The addition of dry needling 4 weeks later had an additional impact & by week 6 my pain had changed to a soft discomfort.Thanks Sophie for the physio, Rob for the needle & Dawn for a cheerful reception, always. If I wasn’t moving to Dorset I’d still be attending Cornwall Physio.

I had a great physio session today with Rob, I came in with a sprain on my ankle and Rob has helped speed up the recovery just in one session. I feel as though they also manage a huge amount in the session and it was great to have options such as the running machine, anti gravity running machine and some of the therapies they offer. The whole team are friendly and professional. I also came away with lots of exercises to help me build up the strength of my ankles, feet and lower legs.

I’ve been having physio with Lou to help my recovery from femur shortening and ankle fusion operations. Since starting physio my recovery has accelerated. The sessions have varied from massage and manipulation, exercises, stretches and use of the anti gravity treadmill. Lou tracks my progress which is really motivating and Dawn spurs me on when I arrive too. A very well equipped destination to invest in my health. Thank you ladies.

I've had a frozen shoulder for around 18 months. I'd seen 6 different professionals in and out of the NHS before coming here i.e. Physios/Chiropractors/Sports Injury Specialists/Osteopaths and a Nationally recognised shoulder expert. None offered any relief whatsoever and some actually made it worse.I've been seeing Rob since mid-January and am now have almost no pain and recovered around 80% mobility so far and still seeing weekly progressions. Most people ran out of ideas very quickly but Rob has used a range of treatments and also was the first person to actually listen to my feedback on what worked and what didnt.

Treated symptoms but not underlying cause. More focused on imprpving my running and form which was not the reason I went there in the first place. Would have kept taking my money if I had not stopped going as I need a scan to find out the issue which was never suggested.

Started treatment here back in September as I broke my leg in three places in February whilst out gundog training. My leg was starting to heal, although I was still in a boot and on crutches. The treatment I have received here initially from Lou and more recently from Rob, has been fantastic. I have been walking without crutches and out of the boot for the last month and now walk my dog twice a day. I also expect to be able to return to ballroom dancing at a competitive level shortly, which has been my hobby and my wife's for many years. The gravity reduction treadmill has been an enormous help and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking treatment. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly into the bargain!

I had a Zoom physio appointment with Lou at the start of lockdown after suffering back pain. She was brilliant - giving me loads of advice, really explaining the cause of the pain, she showed me stretches to do (which I could follow videos of on their app), and suggested a couple of things I could buy to make working from home more comfortable. I haven't had any back pain since. Highly recommended.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my ankle a few years ago & have been using medication along with basic orthotic insoles to cope with my physically demanding job.I was interested in the Phits insoles & found Cornwall Physio during a quick Google search so gave them a call, I'm so glad I did..Lou is fantastic & made me feel that she had a genuine interest in helping me out, which is something our struggling NHS had never managed.After the gait analysis I bit the bullet & ordered the insoles which are brilliant & along with shock wave therapy & tailored exercises my ankle was the best it had been for years.Recently I tripped & gave the ankle a really good wrench, my first call was to Lou & she's now getting me up & running (not quite yet) again.I couldn't recommend Cornwall Physio highly enough, Lou stepped up to help me & I'm forever grateful she did.....

After trying various Physio to solve my shin pains over the last two years with limited success, Lou and her team have got me back running pain-free. The 3D run analysis identified issues in my technique, which with exercises and training, has strengthened muscle groups and improved my running. It’s taken time to build the muscles, but I’m now running half marathon distances happily and pain-free. I highly recommend the 3D run analysis to anybody recovering from injury or just looking to improve their running! Thanks again!

I’ve been seeing Lou on and off for a while due to several injuries but mainly my Achilles which I ruptured a while ago. Her advice is amazing and she has assisted me in completing numerous half marathons, a marathon and an ultra marathon! Her 3D gait analysis is the only clinical, comprehensive system in Cornwall and has helped amateur and professional athletes alike (I’m totally amateur!!) can’t recommend her enough!

The runlab is excellent. I had a 75-minute session with Lou. She is extremely professional in her approach and has excellent subject knowledge. The analysis provided me with a lot of new information that I wasn't previously aware of. It made total sense given what I have noticed myself about my running and my previous injuries. I now know what my main weaknesses are and have been given tailored exercises to strengthen them. I can recommend Lou at the runlab to any serious runner who would like to improve.

Very professional in her role and has helped me massively with the improvement of my running over the last 6 months. Fantastic, friendly and efficient service. I have used Lou for Physio to assist with a very painful hip that ultimately needed replacing. A fact spotted by Lou prior to the NHSThe treatment and advice has been first rate and always available to contact.I will be sorting my rehab programme shortly as I have recently had the required surgery.My wife also regularly Lou's expertise for sports massage to keep her running fit
